Shearwell 2025 Calendar Competition Terms & Conditions

1.1 The competition is open to all residents of Australia, except employees of Shearwell Australia, their families, agents, or any third party directly associated with the administration of the competition.
1.2 Entry is free, and no purchase is necessary.
1.3 The competition opens at 9:00 AM (AEST) on Saturday, 26^th October 2024 and closes at 11:59 PM (AEST) on Monday, 18th November 2024. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
1.4 Shearwell Australia accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully received due to technical or connectivity issues of any kind.
1.5 There are 12 prizes available, with one grand prize of a $500 Shearwell voucher and 11 additional prizes of a Shearwell goody bag. All 12 winners will have their photos featured in the 2025 Shearwell Calendar and receive a free copy.
1.6 Shearwell Australia reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.
1.7 Entries must be emailed to [email protected]. Participants may enter as many times as they like.

2.1 Submitted images must feature farm life or livestock and be in high resolution.
2.2 By entering, participants confirm they are the original creators of the submitted images and hold the copyright.

3.1 By submitting an entry, participants grant Shearwell Australia a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and publish the submitted images in the 2025 Shearwell Calendar, on social media, and for promotional purposes (with credit to the photographer).

4.1 The 12 winners will be notified by email by Tuesday, 19th November 2024.
4.2 Winners must respond within 14 days of notification to claim their prize. Prizes will be sent within one month of the closing date.

5.1 The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternatives are available.
5.2 The promoter of this competition is Shearwell Australia Pty Ltd.
5.3 Shearwell Australia reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition if necessary, or to disqualify anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
5.4 Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry.

6.1 Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will be processed in accordance with Shearwell Australia’s Privacy Policy, available on our website.
