48-Hour Despatch Terms and Conditions

We are committed to dispatching orders within 48 hours. Please review the following terms and conditions for our 48-hour dispatch policy:

Working Days:

    • Our 48-hour dispatch promise applies to working days only.
    • Orders received on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Payment Terms:

    • For customers without a credit account, the 48-hour dispatch timeframe begins upon receipt of the full pro forma payment.
    • Please ensure that payment is made promptly to avoid any delays in dispatch.

Correct Information:

    • The 48-hour dispatch is subject to receiving all necessary and correct information from the customer.
    • This includes, but is not limited to, the correct Product Identification Code (PIC) and any other required details.
    • Incomplete or incorrect information may result in delays.

 

Shipping

All tags are printed to order. We aim to process your order by the end of the next business day but of course circumstances beyond our control may sometimes prevent us from achieving this. If your order is very urgent please phone us to let us know and we'll advise how quickly you can expect to receive your tags. We always try to help with urgent orders but please contact us if you have specific deadlines.

We use standard Australian postal services to ship your order. The availability and speed of these services is subject to your location.

Please allow 10 working days between order placement and delivery.

  

Tag colours

The colours of the tags you see on your screen may not correspond exactly to the actual tags.  If you are uncertain about the colour, please ask for a free sample before you order.

  

Returns

No Fault Returns

Orders placed using our web ordering system will be produced exactly as specified when ordering. Some of these goods may be produced within a very short turnaround time so cancellations must be made by telephone to 1800 998 934  BEFORE the order has been processed to be valid.

You may notify us in writing or by email that you wish to cancel your order but please be aware there is a risk that the goods may be produced between post or Email being received or read.  There is no guarantee that your notice of cancellation will be received in time.

If you believe the goods have been produced differently to the way they were ordered we request that you telephone us to discuss and make arrangements for their return. If you return goods to us we request that this is with their original packaging.

They must be unused, unassembled, and be in good clean condition.

We require you to show a duty of care, and to take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and good condition of the goods you wish to return.

Faulty Goods Returns

Should you receiving faulty goods, please contact us within 48 hours from delivery date and you will be offered the following options:

  • A replacement or re-selected item will be shipped to you as soon as possible and the faulty item collected from you at our expense.
  • If you would prefer not to have a replacement, please return the item to us wrapped with the original packaging.  Once we  determine that it is faulty you will receive a full refund including the price of the postage.

Failure by us to enforce any of these terms and conditions will not affect our right to enforce the rest of these terms and conditions.
