This NLIS-compliant EID tag layout has the PIC and the NLIS Serial Number on the underside.
The NLIS Serial Number format is defined here. One line of large text is printed on the top.

Please note that colours displayed on your monitor may appear different from the actual tag colour and that the layout previews are indicative only, designed to show relative sizes of text, fonts and position. The previews may not be pixel-perfect!

The NSW Government eID tag discount program is only available in WHITE colour tags

Sheep and Goat eID Tag Discount Program: Pre-approval request
Pre-Approval is only required if the TOTAL number of eID devices being ordered is >3,500. If you are ordering less than 3,500 eID devices you can order as normal and do not need to complete the pre-approval process.

Tick this box if you want to claim a discount under the NSW Government eID tag discount program. The normal quantity limit for a single PIC on the scheme is 3,500 tags for all orders. You may be able to exceed this figure if you obtain a pre-approval certificate from the NSW DPI for the PIC
